I recently crafted a bow with really good prefixes and bad suffixes. Ukko helped me out with a 'Prefixes cannot be changed', and then a 'Can Have Multiple Crafted Mods' so I could craft both Critical Strike chance and attack speed. Eventually I slammed added cold damage.
