How to craft +3 bow
1) Alteration orb until you get a prefix +2 bow gems 2) augment if no suffix 3) regal for a suffix (repeat untill suffix) 4) 1ex for Catarina's cannot roll attack mods 5) Exalt slam, since the item has 3 suffixes the only thing that can be rolled is +1 socketed gems 6) remove Cannot Roll Attack Mods and Leo craft. Haku way: Haku way you can get a clean rare +3 bow with, this allows you to multimod your bow with Attack Speed, Leo mod and a third suffix such as resists or whatever to your liking. This method is more expensive however and costs 6 exalts to craft instead of 2. 1) Alteration orb until you get a prefix +2 bow gems 2) augment if no suffix 3) regal for a suffix (repeat untill suffix) 4) 1ex for Catarina's cannot roll attack mods 5) Exalt slam, since the item has 3 suffixes the only thing that can be rolled is +1 socketed gems 6) remove Cannot Roll Attack. 7) 2ex for Prefixes cannot be changed 8) Scour 9) 2ex for Elreon's Multimod 10) craft 3 suffixes to your liking such as Attack Speed, Increased Damage overtime and a third to the buyer's preference. Normal method:  Please note that this method is more RNG based than the Haku method. On average it takes about 30 to 40 regals but it could also be more depending on your luck.
