Hey,
First of all, good guide. But I have a question and I hope people can help me here. I am still a newbie and I am leveling pretty good - I think by only using your tornado shot. And I tried using Orb of Storms and Blink arrow, but I don't really see why it's so important. Are there any other skills I can use, like passive auras or gems? Maybe I just don't have enough damage output for Orb of Storms, but when I use it almost looks like I am healing them, so low is the damage. Also is Blink of Arrow really good? When I could use a quicksilver Flask or even without and just walk the 3 meters it blinks me? Thanks in advance for reading and answering, EarthIsMyCity | |

" I only use orb of storms for boss farming when i don't use curse-on-hit assassins mark. It's not for damage. It's the only way to proc power charges without killing an enemy. Orb of storms keeps my power charges proc'ing while fighting (however brief it might be) blink arrow is insanely important for a GTFO maneuver. You won't be able to run through everything. Hey,
haven't played Ranger in a long time and really enjoying the build so far. As always, I got super lucky with 6-linking and now I have a 6 link bow with the single target setup and a 5 link bow with the aoe setup. By the way, I feel like clearing maps is much better with faster attacks than with pierce support. However, the single target damage feels extremely lacking. Tornado shot does almost the same damage. Of course my gear is not yet good, but I should be able to notice a big difference in single target dps between a 6 link designated single target setup and a 5 link aoe setup... ofc TOH.... its a flaskfinder build and plssss quality ur wise oak ;)
other then TOH id try to upgrade ur ring and get a amulet with a fat t1 phys. Meanwhile use atziri promise over dying sun, but u really need that TOH since ur using abyssus, it will both increase ur defense n offence. Edit: also pls i cannot stress it enough but get ACCURACY its a crit build having high chance to hit is VERY important otherwise u will get inconsistent leech A day w/o dealing with stupid ppl is like....Never mind. Thanks, and what about the single target dps issue?
Why do I kill bosses faster with 5L TS than with 6L barrage? I have no idea. |
