I farm pretty much anything red right now. All T11-14s, usually. I can clear Guardians deathless with some careful play (they can hit quite hard with mods). Normal Atziri has been a faceroll since I was level 75-78. Pale Council was scary, but I completed it without dying. I've done most of the Breachlords, and didn't die on any of them. I haven't done any T15s besides Core. Malachai is still dangerous, so if you're leveling I'd avoid the map boss without a lot of defensive/supports in place.

I can clear most map mods just fine. Ele Reflect is doable with just Soul of Yugul, but with -Max Res you would need Sibyl's Lament as well. I counter Ele Weakness curse with Purity of Elements replacing Hatred. No Leech is the only true deal breaker mod for me. I attempted an unidentified Core map with no leech and cleared it after several deaths, so even that mod is doable. I wouldn't recommend attempting it on such a difficult map boss, though. (I only died to Malachai, never to the minibosses.)

I started with Neversink's Tornado Shot ranger, then evolved into Amigoshotz's life based Windripper, and then to this. Later, I respecced out of Raider and into Pathfinder. The builds all have a lot of overlap, and you can do just fine with a Lioneye's Glare (beware of Ele reflect while using) or a Windripper.

Don't worry too much about Wise Oak capping. It won't break you if you can't get 2-3 resistances balanced right away. There's quite a lot of wriggle room in this build to balance you resists. You can get solid mapping gear for relatively cheap overall. The luxury stuff costs a fortune, but is wholly unnecessary unless you're trying to smash endgame with your damage.

The most expensive pieces of gear I have are the 6L Doomfletch's Prism and Kaom's Heart. The Tempest's Binding has gone down 120 chaos in price since I bought mine, but Kaom's has gone up. I haven't checked +1 Arrow Drillneck prices. My current gear pieces are all 20-50c a piece, so you can get cheaper stuff that's still good. I don't have a lot of movement speed, which is a bummer, but you can retool your gear for map farming efficiency. I'm comfortable with my setup, so I never bothered doing that. I recommend getting Taste of Hate, and/or a Dying Sun as soon as you can. Dying Sun is a lot of damage, but unnecessary to have right away. However, Taste of Hate gives you strong mitigation and more damage while it's up, and it's definitely worth getting when your gear is rounded out.

I picked these up along the way and was hoping they'd last me awhile.

Also do you guys recommending picking up a Bisco's Collar Gold Amulet for 80c (Currently have around 85c left) to get more currency?

This build require lots of planing, lots of exalted orbs to finish, you won't be going anywhere without +arrows. I've pretty much capped and balanced my oaks

So I'm guessing that's a yes on getting the Gold Amulet to get more currency? Also would you suggest paying the flat rate of 200+c for the +1 arrow or trying to vaal it (I've vaaled 6 drillnecks with no success)

1500 is no way near :P maybe 15000 chaos... you need to min/max out pretty much everything. My current without enchant on boots its about 2 mil dps. No way near his stuff. Don't try this unless you loaded with exalts orbs... maybe 2000+ exalts

I do about 1.53m~ Barrage DPS with my Shaper setup and I killed him just fine doing mechanics. OP's showcase gear is mirror stuff, and it's completely unnecessary for beating all of the content. It just shows how much damage you can stack on this build and completely bulldoze endgame bosses.

The +2 projectile enchants are pretty luxurious. The +2 Barrage is easily 30 Ex on an Abyssus, though the +2 Tornado Shot is much cheaper. Personally, my map clear with The Tempest's Binding and Lightning Arrow is fine, and I only use Abyssus for boss killing/The Shaper. It makes you too squishy for general wear in my experience.

Currently, I have +30% Projectile Weakness on Abyssus (better than anything else for me, even ahead of +1 Barrage) and +12% Lightning Arrow AoE on The Tempest's Binding. With GMP and Dying Sun, this obliterates most packs for me.

And yeah, you don't have to have mirror boots/gloves just the right res and some phys on the gloves. The belt I used in all of these videos cost me 1ex



However, yes as mentioned in the guide jewelery is extremely important. The rings are GG and give this build insane amounts of damage, and the ammy gives about 35% more multi than you could get in league from the right kind of amulet. If someone is very committed, then it's very doable. And everyone remember this was in week 2 of this league done not by me, but someone that read this guide:



If you prioritize things correctly and really work to make this build what it can be it will carry you through all content. And if you think you need 2000ex to make this build work then you're fucking moron.

Guys do you use abyssus for doing t16 guardians? I keep losing some t16 because I think that if just 1 badmods roll I get one shot. Probably is better to use another helmet like a rat nest only for that purpose?

This. I saw a couple of streamers putting down this guide and saying it's "just another standard player gear showcase" and it's just not true. This is my first real league and with my crappy gear ~1.8m shaper dps is no problem.

On a budget you can do 2x 5L Doomfletch, or a Tempest's binding and 1 Doomfletch. So much flexibility. You can even modify it a bit and do a super fast MF setup with Bisco's (+230% movement speed gottagofast) that can still delete T15 maps (alch and go, except reflect/no leech)

In the end there's a lot of similarity between all bow builds. Ahfack's explores the Pathfinder option along with Weapon swap.

A guide is just that, a guide! Play with PoB and modify it to suit your own tastes!

Yo Ahfack, you should do some test with this gem in ur barrage setup. It works aswell and is another 50% more.

Thanks man. You clearly are very smart and not one of the usual sheeple that rely on streamers to tell them what to do. It's hilarious that streamers would say that while there's video evidence of people clearly melting shaper in league in 3sec where none of my gear exists. Make me think they're mad I beat them to the punch when it's their job, and I'm just a normal dude with a full time job.

Hey brother. I have given it plenty of thought and I just really don't think it's reliable enough. I come from a melee background where this gem has worked since it came out, and the consistency that I prefer to have is not there. For clearing maps with ts/whatever is fine since we're one-shotting everything anyway, but I like Inc crit for that moree reliable shatter (porcupines etc).

I could be wrong, but my opinion dmg on full life is really aimed more at the PoB warrior rather than an applied, real- world type scenario
