Are we in any way getting the 50% increased flask effect for 1 extra arrow from dying sun with this? I've been looking into that and am a little confused.

Thanks for replying. Multimod comes from level 8 crafter dudes right? Are the crafted values lower than what you would get from exalting? Or is it more like Vorichi and sockets - higher cost but you get to pick what you want. Again, this is my first time POE-ing so thanks for the help.
