Whispers won't send

I confirmed after trying to send a whisper to my brother's account that my whispers are not going through, however I can receive whispers just fine. Seems pretty weird.

Update, it might be all forms of chat for me. Whispers, local, party etc it seems like no one can see what I send.

I seem to be having the same issue. My whispers aren't going through except to the one person in my friend list.
This is making it impossible to trade with poe.trade. |

I'm having the same problem, I can't use poe.trade at all because of this... It's making things really difficult.

Yep, I can confirm this as well, and it's probably because you guys haven't properly configured the new servers.
