The survivability as gladiator is insane, you're stacking all kinds of mitigation, block from tree and ascendancy, dodge from vaal grace, less crit damage from the belt, phys reduction from flasks and armour and a ton of life, absolutely no need for vaal pact on the gladiator. I've thought about using it, thing is it is kind of unreliable in a way, similar to how melee damage on full life is, so i would probably swap those two, but i haven't actually tested it enough. What kind of block rate this build aims at? I did a real quick mock-up in PoB and ended up with 23% before uberlab. Sounds low to me... Would there be any point in sacrificing some dmg or life and aim for Blade Barrier? That path would give 7% more block %. I'm wondering if melee damage on full life is really the best option as a sixth link.
