Well it wasn't exactly my intention to make you feel that I know your thoughts.. "Everyone" might be a strong word here, but then again I did want to exaggerate that part to make a point. And I also think you already knew that before you started writing the reply which is why I'm mostly replying to the 5 other people who for some obscure reason read this (by thinking I meant that it is my hunch and not the absolute truth).

I'm sure your hunch about the thoughts of the people of this forum is at least as good as mine. I suggest making a poll to see if the president was right?

The fact that he's updating by posting extra stuff would indicate an update the way I see it. Pretty sure that's how most people see it.

350 movespeed does not feel enough

for non qotf chars, 350 is unchasable. 350 is good for running away or changing your position.

but, you need 400 to hit and run. and to manually kite projectiles.

out of responsibility feeling, i feel like showing ways of reching 400 movespeed was necessary. i think in future also 400-450% movespeed melee builds also can get viable.

I wouldn't be surprised if QotF will be getting retroactively nerfed at some point. Something like: 1% movement speed per 1600 evasion; -25% movement speed has been removed; divine orb can't be used to re-roll the item. Thank you for your support.

It's literally the only 'mobility thingy' that doesn't suck.
