Malachai's Mark Murder Mitts give a buff icon with the typo:

Typo in 3.16 patch note
" The current (3.15) versions are (180-220)% increased Energy Shield or (100-120)% increased Armour or (100-120)% increased Evasion Rating So that which version is actually nerfed/buffed? Default item filter is broken I suppose
