Where do hear that rumor? I only know that Vaal Pact will not effect ES and there will be less ES recovery on Ghost reaver

I could be wrong (very tired), but The new wording from the data mined acuities read like they only work for life/mana and won't support ES.

I mean part of me keeps wondering what/how much they'll dial back everything, but then we gotta keep in mind Xbox will be 3.0 as soon as you put it in the system, so there can't be too much difference. I realize they can do updates etc... but I think it's way easier to implement wide reaching changes on PC than it would be on console.
