The latter. All applicable "Increased" stats get lumped together into one giant multiplier, including things like "Increased Elemental Damage" from a quality EleFocus gem.

Compared to a traditional 6-Link? It would be worse, since Conc Effect does nothing for Lightning Golems.

Even if you somehow hit the jackpot with:
Prefix 1: +3 Minion Gems
Prefix 2: LVL 20 Minion Damage
Prefix 3:
Suffix 1: 30% More Elemental Damage
Suffix 2: LVL 20 Immolate (trigger with Elementalist+Avatar of Fire)
Suffix 3:

It's still less DPS than a non-SOTL chest and you'd still have to give up some EHP for it.

Saved up some currency and will give this awesome build go. Should i still go for shavs or sotl will be fine even on uber elder? I'm only playing on softcore btw.

Ah, you can skip Shav's. It's more for the paranoid. Sotl can actually work in HC too if you're careful. I just avoid recommending it for that cause I don't wanna be held responsible.

So yeah, just grab a sotl (or heck, even just a tabula) and save yourself a ton of golden poop.

So i just got me a shavs with 50% more damage corruption. Will this be a HUGE fucking dps boost or should I sell it?

Or how about selling the shavs and getting a vis mortis with good corruption?

And with a 5B 1G socketed chest what gems would you recommend?

Sup. I'm going to assume you mean "increased" not "more", but just in case, can you link it? If it doesn't say minion damage, then it won't help the golems. That said, it sounds like a pretty tasty corruption and I'm sure you could get a decent return out of it (assuming it's already linked).

Vis Mortis would help for a different build. Spectres are mostly a waste of time for Golementalist builds though.
