It s kind of "melee range" tho.
I imagine GGG releasing a no T value degen skill used with projectile and doing AOE .

As expected, they removed the more multiplier behind CI and nerfed the base values. I'm surprised they went full nuke on Vaal Pact tho (Legacy Vinktar price raised a by lot).

This is also a very hard nerf on those ES troll tank build, less Max ES = Less Buffer for Xirgil and Less Regen for ZO.

Yet another layer of legacy bs.
35%+ eHP difference for builds w/o block, 200%+ with legacy rumi's.

I'm surprised they didn't relocate CI to be closer to the Templar area lol

example post 3.0 flameblast build:
175% life/56% mana, 12 cast/sec,
10 stages flameblast deals 1934 avg pvp damage.
120k raw ignite dps vs 75% fire res for 6.8 sec.

I hope brand new DoT PvP reduction will work well.

I've not yet tested new bleed for myself, but judging from what people on the beta forums say, DoT might not be a huge thing in pve, much less pvp.
