Hi! How do I obtain the 20% of the physical damage convert to lightning damage on the quiver? Is it RNG or is there anyway to obtain it on the quiver? Thanks!

I'm interested in trying out your lightning arrow / Barrage / life version. I'm wondering if you wouldn't mind updating the tree or letting me know what you'd change on the tree for 3.1. Thank you!
Also I tried plugging new jewels with double attack speed and added physical to bows into path of building but it seemed to be worse than 3 good mod viridian jewels. | |
