I am having a similar issue with this build. The frost blades animation seems to keep you from whirling blades from time to time and this kills me often. Anyone have any tips on this?

Anyone having issues is playing badly or your gear is bad or you are underleveled. It is true though that this build is not so cheap anymore. I only recommended this build last league because relative to the cost it was very strong. Now this build is just average for its cost in this meta imo.
