Also, Ice bite is better than Added cold, even if you do not wear Darkray vectors, difference is a very little bit of damage in compare to added cold (0.1%), but 15% chance to freeze from ice bite. The variants aren't league dependent. Deadeye is simply just going to be stronger. Raider is easier to play but wont reach the potential of deadeye.
