Also also, again : you already have Kaom's roots equipped. You have 4.6k life, but your armour is really low. You have only have 21% phys reduction, which is kinda low if you don't have an insane life pool.

To be honest, at T12 against some bosses, I am focused as hell to not do any mistake, even with 61% phys reduction. So even with 4.6k life, I'm pretty sure that you see a lot of one shot on your part.

And for now I really don't feel the need to switch to Kaom's roots since I'm almost never stunned. Deaths are mostly due to one shots because of the health pool.

You should always check all the things that allows you to survive. If you sacrifice evasion with Unwavering Stance, you should have a lot of life / ES and armour. If you sacrifice armour, you should have a lot of life / ES and ton of evasion.

If you don't have much of everything, even with res capped, that's a pretty deadly gamble on some bosses :]
