Can anyone explain the difference between Doryani's Invitation Heavy Belt with %increased physical dmg and %increased cold dmg? What is better to take in this build?

I see in postbin 4 places for jewells, as far as I understood - 2 for fight for survival, what are the best to fill 2 others?

Hey my dude, I'm really enjoying the build, but I'm having trouble doing normal Atziri. Due to the chain of the projectiles, I hit the mirror clone no matter what and I end up killing myself. Any tips?
