[3.25]g00fy_goober's EleBuzzsaw Deadeye (Easily Clear All Content) *REVAMPED AGAIN*
" All good my man, glad you have it worked out now, and as poexyzis always says.... You are very welcome. " Ummmm understand what exactly? I don't mind elaborating but what exactly are you looking for answers too? |

Why Raider over Deadeye?
| |
" Has always been a raider and still think it is best. Now I have nothing against deadeye and new deadeye since changes in 3.2 is simply amazing but still think raider remains the best for ST. Yes I know mathil just had a recent very successful build as a deadeye and said he believes it to be the superior of the 2, however his build definitely had its differences from my elebuzzsaw one. Furthermore sustaining frenzys for bosses was near impossible (unless using a frenzy setup and using 2 different skills) and using blood rage which I personally hate with the VP as you take constant degen damage. So if you subtract the frenzy charges I think raider is the clear winner. This is just my personal opinion and deadeye is by no means terrible, but think raider + vinktar + lyco is still better than deadeye + random evasion shield + silver flask. |

" - How to use ancestral protectior in this build? - Why CDWT golem? - IC lvl4 is too high to be triggered by lvl1 CDWT, is this a typo? And anyway, how usefull is low-level IC triggering every 3 seconds? | |
"Self cast it. It helps with attack speed and some damage/decoy. "Why not? Self cast if you'd prefer and use the slot for something else. Maybe a minion support gem. "It's very useful even at that low level. It will help prevent from being one-shotted. But yeah, the IC should be at lvl 3 if CWDT is at lvl 1. You can to level them up a bit depending on how much life your build ends up having, how often you want IC to be triggered, cooldown time, etc. I like having CWDT at lvl 1 with my char. " Ancestral protector does a decent amount of damage by itself and also gives you a more multiplier to your attack speed which is great. Won't ever need it for clear, but for single target toss it down next to a boss and you will own them even faster. CWDT on golem is simply QOL. I got very sick and tired of self casting a golem that would still die in 3 hits on late game maps. With CWDT level 20 it goes off very frequently and remains up more than it did before and we don't have to cast it. IC should be level 3, it was simply a typo on my part and is now fixed and updated. For the longest time I was against using CWDT + IC since the changes and especially with no endurance charges. It last like .4 seconds without INC duration and like .7 seconds with 20/20 inc duration. However high burst damage and sticky situations that chain together really feel lessened when it comes to it. I am using a cwdt lvl 1 setup on my char now and I can not count the # of times I could TELL that I should have taken a ton of damage but the almost 1 sec of phys invulnerability saved my butt. That being said if you feel like you want to level them up some then feel free, but I would not do it by any huge amount, just my .02 |

Last time i was playing the game Enduring Cry was a spell so i don't really know how effective leveled IC is nowadays. Let's say i level it up to the max, is it really worth it duration wise?
| |
" Probably not, without endurance charges it is not really worth it. So just using a small simple setup of level 1 cwdt and level 3 IC is the best IMO. |

Hey going to play this build for flashback what maps do you recommend me to shape/run with spectral throw?
| |
" I will give you the same answer I do to anyone that asks on what maps that they should shape.... whichever ones you enjoy the most. EDIT: Also not exactly the best place to ask what maps to shape eh? ^^ Last edited by g00fy_goober on May 4, 2018, 3:53:30 PM
