When you check your dps, did you click on Spectral Throw instead of normal attack?

Your characters aren't public anymore but when they were I thought PoB showed you had a much higher DPS. I don't think your looking at it correctly. Make your characters public again if you want more input on your build.

Is it okay to use some other base in the claw if the attack speed and crit are as high as required? (1.9+, 7.5+) ?

What kind of dps is recommended in claw before attempting Uber atziri? I don't see any comments or videos of people having done that boss without instant leech.

Imperial is the best base, Gemini is good too, however any claw with good base crit + attack speed should be fine. Even other "versions" of imperial claw such as a noble claw would work as we do not care about the phys dmg.

Everything on uber atziri is MOSTLY dodging. Even with instant leech you still manually dodged the vaal's, dodged the one hit kill spike rain from trio, dodged atziri's ground effects... The fight should essentially be the same with or without instant leech.
