If you're not using Blood Rage what is the best use of Pantheon instead of Soul of Arakaali?

I currently use Mark of the brotherhood ring with second to fill res and life. Does it pay of to switch to Mark of the Shaper + elder ring with res, life and spell dmg? Already have Mark ring so thinking of investing into good elder ring and swaping out.

And, oh yeah, @ImTheories so hard to find suitable multimod crafted scepter...

Yes you can have only one curse applied at the same time but it is not necessary to have them on the enemy at the same time. Enfeeble will help to survive when you are hit first. Warlord’s Mark will help you to sustain lost life / mana.

Just dropped this bad boy (pretty happy with that) and wondering what the best master craft would be?

Room for cast speed, increased spell/lightning damage, flat to spells and possibly gain ele damage as extra chaos...

It is still hybrid life / es build... the difference is that your ES will take 100% of the danage before your life get hit (except chaos dmg). I only use Overcharged for frenzy charges. I use soul of Solaris for dmg mitigation.
