hey, what enchant on STarkonja is better? 40% damage or 3 projectile?

I have the faster projectiles slink gloves (with an additional 17% projectile speed too), however my slink gloves with +16% cast speed way out-perform the projectile gloves when it comes to clear speed. Why did you choose faster projectiles gloves instead of Cast Speed slink gloves?

For farming is it worth putting IIR with spark?
I feel that most mobs are evaporated by Herald/Chior of the Storm/Inpulsa, can't tell how many are actually killed by a spark itself |
