@westwood rathpith=more block for you, victario (+Necromantic Aegis)= More Damage as your golems generate frenzy/power charges ...

@marvinpunz Quite interesting that extra gem, will take a try :)

- does all Elegant hubris has the same effect? (ah okay now i see all have different things ... thats kinda bad) ;)
- all notables should be changed, or not? So, what happens to Lord of the Death?

BTW you should drop "sacrifice" as your golems are immune to elemental damage, they don't need additional elemental resistances.

Yea you would lose Lord of the Dead but in my case 160% life to minions and 80% increased damage is a great trade off for losing 10% increased life/15% damage.

I totally forgot that my golems were immune to elemental damage, I was worried that their resistances were near 40%. However, wouldn't the "Minions regenerate 1% life per second" node be important?

Also if you're referring to Clarity as the extra gem, I'm using the Watcher's eye with 18% max. mana as extra energy shield mod with clarity. It gets me about 700 ish (I forget) more ES for 24 mana reserved, it's pretty nuts but really expensive.

Also I'm really liking Aspect of the Avian.

While the spider aspect is probably better, this chest and aura offers great utility. +75 to attributes really helps with that strength and especially dex requirement, and the 10% reduced mana reservation allows me to run discipline, 2 curses, and even flesh and stone if I wanted to.

I would definitely recommend checking out Elegant Hubris Timeless Jewels.

I went through about 50 ish jewels till I found one I liked. For 8 points I get 160% increased maximum minion life and 80% increased minion damage. The top middle jewel socket area is great b/c you only lose an 8% increased maximum life notable which is a great trade off.

Hello :)

You have some really nice items! When you reach higher level and get more Harmonies, I guess that Golems DPS will double compared to what it is now.

Aspect of Avian seems interesting when you can buff the armor with increased ES from rare items. Automatically swapping buffs seem clunky, but will test it later. The stats are actually very nice, thanks for pointing it out!

Elegant Hubris is excellent jewel, especially for Necromancer variant as TV Specs get huge boost from it. Primordial Chain setup gets 60% increased damage per Harmony (3x different Golems) + cooldown reduction, so the 80% increased damage is only slightly better. Increased HP is massive buff, though.

Dropping Sacrifice is ok, as the Golems have enough HP and regen from other sources. Great tip.

There's lot of testing and tweaking to be done, so all feedback is highly valuable. It seems that you are still early 80 level, so most of Harmonies and DPS / Cooldown reduction from them is still ahead.

If you have time, I have some questions that would be very helpful in testing and improving the guide.

Spoiler

1) Have you played Necromancer variant earlier?
1.1) If you have, how does Pledge variant compare to it in :
1.1.1) Clear-speed?
1.1.2) Boss damage?
1.1.3) Defense?
1.1.4) Utility?
2) Have you tried playing with and without Primordial Might?
2.1) If you have, how does playing without Might compare to playing with it?
3) How much currency have you spent approximately on the gear currently (if not private info)?
4) Overall feel for the variant?
4.1) Good parts?
4.2) Parts that could be improved?
5) Improvement ideas for the variant?

I would really appreciate if you can find time to answer. You can answer either in thread or PM me privately, whichever feels better. Thanks in advance! :)

Pledge of hands has definitely more Dps but not by alot, and besides your Golems loses block and will die for sure in high tier maps.

Every league I have been playing phase acrobatics pure Golems and able to do t16 8 mods, 4 sextants with ease.

Hi :)

Pledge has pretty spiky damage. When Golems are casting their weak spells, DPS is much lower than with Golems + TV Specs. On the other hand when Golems are all casting Orbs and they shotgun on boss, even t16 bosses can die in seconds.

I haven't lost any Golems yet, but I guess that taking minion nodes from tree with minion life helps a lot to keep them alive compared to pure Harmony setup.

Your setup looks very nice. Good to see that HP based Golemancy works also.

Neat build. Just started getting into maps.

POB lists using:

Verified

but the guide here says to use:

Verified

Which is more ideal? Thanks.

Hey and thanks for support ^^

Yep, Rathpith is for self-block variant. It's safer to play with it, but you trade some DPS for it.

Yea the alternating buffs are so so, I mean 20% to movement speed and damage is nice I guess but the real reason I use it because hitting that dex requirement is hard. You'd have to roll high dex on your gear and possibly use up skill points on the tree.

As for feedback I'd be happy to answer.

Spoiler

1. I've played Necromancer and Occultist variant but that was 2 leagues ago so I can't really compare now.
2. So I ran a couple maps with and without Might and it's exactly as you said a couple pages back. Clear speed is slower and I had to use convocation manually much more because they'd be stuck doing something else 1-1/2 screens away from me. With Might on I was able to just run through enemies and they'd take care of it as when Might was off, I had to circle back a couple times.
3. 40 ex. The bulk of it being from Temporal Chains enchantment and Discipline/Clarity Watcher's Eye.
Spoiler

4. I'm liking this variant more because it offers a bit more freedom in item choices and you don't have to deal with summoning spectres.
5. None that I can think of.

And I just made this super niche boot. Duration for Offering and stun avoidance since I'm not using Presence of Chayula lol.

Question on Animate Guardian.

I have him equipped with Dying Breath, but am shopping for Kingmaker. Once I get one, can I just equip the Kingmaker? Or do I have to start all over gearing the Guardian?
And the white guys says, I'll have a Coke then.

Hello :)

Thanks for answering. It really helps when developing the build ^^

The boots look very nice. I noticed myself that stun immunity Pantheon can be unreliable especially in legion fights, where you take multiple big hits in longer duration. Might have to check how to craft those myself.

Hi :)

Animate Guardian is created per character. You can swap the gem and you would still summon the same Guardian, but with lover level.

Animate Guardian also replaces all gear you equip on it. If it had Dying Breath and you animate it targeting Kingmaker, the Dying Breath will be replaced with Kingmaker. No need to replace the Animate Guardian or level new one.

But if I replace the Dying Breath with Kingmaker, am I going to have to replace the helm, boots, etc as well? Or will it just swap out the weapon?

Oh, also, which Pantheon you recommend? Was thinking 5% change to dodge attacks and spell. Running Chayula so the stun one isn't necessary.
And the white guys says, I'll have a Coke then.
Welp, I scored Kingmaker for 15c and answered my own question. Replaced it and kept all my other gear. awesome.

edit: the HILARITY of Kingmaker buffs. holy crap

edit 2:
"Click your chests!"
And the white guys says, I'll have a Coke then.
