Yes, pretty hyped for the league. Waiting for patch notes before deciding what to play. I don't usually run golems twice in succession but given how quickly I dropped out of Delve I don't hate the idea of going golems again.

I didn't like dragging golems through incursions as an elementalist so I think it may depend on whether I am happy to go necro or if I change it up to ice golems which I think may be better at clearing a lot of individual rooms with the MS bonus from primordial chain.

Or if stuff like incursion actually comes up fairly rarely then it might not matter anyway. It's just with the crafting being locked behind completing incursions, delves, beasts..etc I do want something that can clear everything with minimal room for failure ideally.

It will be cool if we do see some veiled mods that benefit golems in some way. Even if getting the minion movement speed as a craft you can just add to a good ring rather than having to essence spam that would be a nice QoL addition. Or +1 golems on a ring craft which would be beyond insane but probably still less broken than stat-sticks!!! LOL

Waiting for patch notes also very much at this point. I think that there will 5% or max 10% changes to the build. Don't think they are yet ready to nerf Elemental Equilibrium. Winter Orb seems nice to trigger EE instead of Storm Burst.

+1 Golem rings seems like dream come true, add +1 Golems / 95% minion damage stick to it and it's early xmas :P

Hey and thanks for support :)

GGG has been very stingy at adding new, good Spectres in Poe. TV Specs are still almost brokenly powerful against bosses and deal way more damage than any other Spec in the game.

I will be watching if new league brings new monsters to use, but so far Tukohamas and Solar Guards are best Specs.

well doesn't seem to be any change to the build except the option of winter orb in the patch notes unless I missed anything so this is probably still gonna be my go to build :)

Time for patch notes and seems great so far \o/




3.5 PATCH NOTES

Fixed a bug where increased damage sources on minions were increasing damage in ways they shouldn't have been.

Hard to say if this affect Golems / Tukohama Spectres at all from the info we have.

Phase Run Now grants 50% reduced visibility to enemies (down from 80%).

Slight nerf to alternative movement skill. Shield Charge will be staying as main movement skill. I remember reading that endgame bosses will deal more physical damage now, so Fortify will be extra useful.

Faith and Steel (near the Templar) now also grants 10% increased Energy Shield Recharge Rate. / Foresight (north of the Scion) now also grants 10% increased Energy Shield Recharge Rate.

20% increased Energy Shield Recharge Rate for free is always nice.




BUILD CHANGES

Added a new Intelligence Skill gem - Winter Orb: Channel to conjure an orb above you which pelts nearby enemies with projectiles that explode when they hit the ground. Channel for longer to build up stages on the skill. The orb loses stages over its duration after you stop channelling.

If this works at all as I imagine, this will be 10x times better than Storm Burst to apply Elemental Equilibrium.

If you need Offering, keep channeling it longer to trigger Desecrate and Offering.

If you want just Elemental Equilibrium, you can channel it for less than second and the orb will appear over you. It will keep on spamming enemies around you with Elemental Equilibrium when your moving around. No more long casting stationary.

Will test it when league starts and add asap. Links will be same as with "Sotrm Burst" but just replacing Storm Burst.

Tukohama Vanguard damage

Tukohama's damage is now added to all classes Pob (Path Of Building). It's easier to optimize now between number of Spectres / Golems.

+1 Spectres rare boots

We can still continue crafting / buying +1 Spectre rare boots. This is HUGE improvement over using "Bones Of Ullrs".




TRIVIAL EXTRA

Haku, Elreon, Tora, Catarina, Vagan, Leo and Vorici are no longer Forsaken Masters. In fact, they've disappeared entirely, and we're worried about them.

No more low-life assassinations or open chests from Vorici!

Fury Hounds now use the updated version of Burning Ground.

Have to test if they can compete with Solar Guards / Tukohama Vanguards as Spectres

Cosmetic Aura effects can now be applied to any aura, including the curse auras created by Blasphemy.

More MTX options for Discipline, Temporal Chains and Elemental Weakness

Added one new Fated unique prophecy.

Could be "Bones Or Ullr" finally.

Added a new Strength/Intelligence Support Gem - Multiple Totems Support: Supported skills have +2 to maximum number of Summoned Totems. When you use a supported totem skill, you summon two totems instead of one. Supported skills deal less damage.

Would be nice if it worked with Tukohama Vanguards :)

The Essence Surge cluster (next to Eldritch Battery) now grants a total of 30% increased Energy Shield Recharge Rate (down from 60%). It now also grants a total of +60 to maximum Energy Shield.

+60 to maximum Energy Shield is very nice if trying to create more tanky version.
