Btw, I just did some guardians, the damage is fine with only 4L spectres VG. But my Animate Guardian (lv20) die immediately in the fight with phoenix. I have almost 10K EHP but kinda hard to face with chimera, especial when he hide in the smoke.

Yeah, temp chains is basically at max atm minus the leadership cluster for area. Well I have a (currently) lvl 2 enhance in a Vertex & have the curse effect nodes from whispers of Doom & skittering runes. The leadership area cluster seemed less useful in delves where you are normally in a tight corridor however I may get it if I path the tree that way.

As far as I know there is no way to craft aspects onto rares this league? The gloves are basically it.

So I will be trying to run Aspect of the Spider, Temp Chains & Enfeeble in a blasphemy with lvl 3 enhance. In an ideal world I would also have discipline too but that seems tricky mana res wise. I will check out your POB though to see if that will do the job.

Plus I can always turn off one of the blapshemies to run the discipline when bossing. I'll be needing the vaal discipline anyway. That might be a better way rather than trying to chase all the mana res nodes. Not too sure!

Are you dying to Izaro or lab trabs?

If Izaro you could try a decoy totem. That tends to keep his attention for a little while although he will still focus you at first. Try to dodge that then he should go after your totem. Probably run a basalt flask maybe as well.

If traps then try speccing into the pantheon that means you take less damage from bleeding. Try buying a carry - they can normally help you skip some of the harder sections if they are optional. Having a warding flask can stop the temp chain effect. enabling you to move through trap gauntlets faster. I sometimes will just spec into a brightbeak / prismatic eclipse and kaom's roots to just leap slam through everything as fast as possible!!!

I hate lab & only do it if I absolutely have to!!! Probably the main reason I go elementalist over necro for golems!!! XD

Thx for the POB link. Had a good look at it. Came up with a lvl 93 tree which seems doable for me keeping the enhanced temp chains, enfeeble, discipline & Aspect of the Spider.

Will still need a mana reduction shield (or to hit lvl 95 which frankly I have never done and this doesn't feel like the league to try)!!! And capping resists is going to require very good rings / stygian vise and even then it's a little tight. Means dropping a lot of toughness stats and completely giving up on my idea of tri-curse with Doedre's Damning but is probably worth it. Tankiness over DPS.

Also no longer considering spectres. Just seems too difficult to work them in on an elementalist. Plus I haven't come across any bosses in delve (although there obviously is at least one - hopefully optional) so I think 6-linked golems should be ok. Assuming my chest ever 6-links!! XD

Not too sure about whether I will get to try red elder - hopefully yellow elder and guardians may be doable. I am TERRIBLE at bosses - probably seems pathetic to most of you but I will shield charge into their massive AOE wind-up attacks every time given half the chance!!! Again, hopefully this league I won't need to really do any!

My flame golems are dying at delve about 120 monster level 74. Any way to help them survive better?

My chaos and stone golems are dying too. At deeper delve depth levels, i dont see any way to keep them alive anymore. Does this mean i should just use 7 flame golems instead?

Which line do you mean?

If you mean the ES regen % per sec from Discipline, it's different from Ascendancy bonus. It will run on top of the 30% regen from minion kills same way as if you took "Zealots oath" that regen will be separate from minion kills.

Hi :)

Swapping Empower to damage gem incresed DPS somewhat but lowers Golems HP. This can be problem at some bosses, but not for most.

AG has quite low EHP without support gems, and its tankiness comes from high block chance and regen. It can die to some bosses with high single damage or degen that cannot be blocked and the extra 6% regen can't start. I would be cautious with Phoenix, Uber Atziri, Shaper, Vaal Temple and Uber Elder.

For lab there are few things that can help :

TRAPS

- Take 2-3x quicksilver flasks
- Take 1-2x instant HP flasks
- Equip "Lightning Warp" as you can teleport over traps

BOSS

Circle boss about 1/3 screen away so that Temporal Chains will hit the boss and Golems will stay on target, but so far that boss can't melee you. Move ALL the time as boss shoots stuff periodically. If you don't have lots of EHP, It's not recommended to even stop to apply EE. Fight will end quite fast anyway and you are only safe while your moving.

Mana reduction is pain to get as you have to drop so much stuff form elsewhere. One trick is also to equip "Conquerors efficiency" for extra mana reduction. If you have currency, you can also try to buy Harmonies with 1% mana reduction corruptions.

In my tests Spider was pretty fun, but I could get almost same debuff results with stacking debuffs (maim, hinder) on Animate Guardian or abyssal jewels. but I had no mana reduction Harmonies to use, now you may get Spider with less Sacrifice from nodes.

Hi :)

Your Golems are Effectively level 18 atm and have 11k life. At level 28 and no Golem amulets less life line they have 55k life. You are doing amazingly deep Delves with Golems that have only sligtly more HP than zombies.

I would do next things :

- Buy Flame Golems 21/0 (few chaos, 40% HP boost)
- Buy Corrupt Empower 3 (Should be cheap soon, extra 10% HP boost)
- Buy Skin of the Loyal 2r2g2b [Golems -> Empower -> GMP -> Slow Proj -> Echo -> Minion Damage] (Should be cheap, extra 20% HP boost)
- Equip 1-2x rare jewels with "10% Elemental resitance to minions" (Now they have 55% Ele Res, so 20% more defense)
- Buy Elder helmet with minion life support (Second line of minion life support is global and affect all minions, 20% increased life)

After all this your Golems should not be dying anytime soon. If you get currency you can try dropping the amulet and run 3x Specs with 4x Flame Golems, which gives Golems 30% more life.

Mana reduction harmonies!!! Never even thought of that. That sir is a very good idea if they are not stupidly expensive!!!

Yes, I feel that the spider stuff may not be amazing but I am looking forward to trying it out. Just hitting delve 125 atm so still not too low. So far defenses seem pretty good. The "dusty" cairn delves or whatever I have been a pain. Typically end up running around in the darkness for most of it hoping my golems will finish it off quickly. Every so often may need to charge in to get them to re-target. Otherwise seems fairly smooth at the moment.

I chose Elementalist.
So far it is very fun.
I don't really like the Might gem because it is quite awful in delve dungeon...I need my minions on my face listening to my calls rather then going ape shit about off screen enemies.


I just bought the Anima Stone and I don't know in what to invest next, my ES is quite low (2.9k) combined with a decent HP pool(2.3k). The super expensive Chayula neck is out of the question, 5ex is way too much for a casual like me at this stage of the league.

Can you suggest me what to upgrade next please?





I kind of combined a few builds here, In theory going with anger for the extra dmg is quite nice, but I don't know how much it really effects the golem's dmg.
I also find Phase run to be really nice in clutch moments.

I am thinking about changing boots and going with only 2 specters, might give me some nice ES to be a bit more tanky.
Also I am not sure if going with 2 clayshapers for an extra golem is worth it compared to necro aegis with Rathpith Globe for 10% extra golem hp and spell dmg.
ATM I am runnig 3 solar guard, 4 fire golems, 1 ice, 1 light, 1 stone.

Kind of clueless atm as to where to go next.

is there lowlife version maybe? i got 6l shavs and prescence of chayura and wanted to try this.
if yes, what ascendancy would be best?

Got 2 question here. 1st if u only play golem, is primordial chain is the bis for amulet? Wonder how it fare the less dmg mod compare to additional 3 golem. 2nd any suggestion on crafting item using bound fossil or any other fossil?
