how will the nerf to energy from within jewel affect this build?

will most likely play this build but may use anger instead of determination but not sure yet..

Tbh i havent tried it yet. As my char is on standard i have the legacy versions. But i highly doubt it will mean a lot. i am running with highly unoptimized gear and gems and i could easily squezze 1k more es into the build so with that said you should be able to reach roughly 12k es.

could this stil be converted to 3.0 or is it nerfed to much to be usefull?

I hope that in the near future you will give the detailed description just enough how to build this form with the np division into some data from points (inclusive with drawing them up in Path of Building)
