How come pob says doryani more dps than savagery?

Savagery and Doryan give same boost dps. Just Savagery give dps from boos AS.

" Idd, i am wondering too. The increased dmg on mobs seems really interesting since we dont have any other debuffs, so that is effectively an additional multiplyer. However, it is only phy damage, and only a very small proportion of our build is physical I believe. Don't really know how this is calculated though. Bloodlust seems to be still the way to go if you REALLY want to oneshot t16/shaper, everything else is already a oneshot anyway. Yeah just use ruthless while mapping, it's better.

A quick update.
Getting the enchant "damage penetrates 10% resistances if you haven't killed recently" on your boots gives about a 600k dps boost with the conc effect/ bloodlust setup with my gear.
