Attempted mercy lab several times, i do feel lack of damage ..
 being pathfinder using atziri flask, 40% inc dmg flask, another knockback and 30% dmg inc ... and seems to deal so little dmg to Izaro

Using Xoph nurture 5L barrage
4L for LA

Question is am i supposed to be using another bow?
bow is at 95-400dmg
cheapest bad harby price start at 1ex for 150-350

is this going to up my dmg for real?
or im supposed to be lvl85 to try merc lab again

After taking a monthlong break, I returned this past week to finish leveling from 99 to 100. Yesterday I finally reached my goal!



This character started its journey a couple of leagues ago, and I really enjoyed playing Signalshot so much I actually decided to continue playing in standard instead of legacy (I tried legacy at the start, but really disliked all the micromanaging and lack of new mechanics). It's my first level 100, and I really only did it because of how fun the build is to play.

Now I plan to do a lot of mapping after speccing out of the ES nodes after CI and out of Ghost Reaver to see if the build works well at a lower ES level and without relying on instant leech. Since this is standard the gear allows me to reach very high dps levels, so I don't really need to do any facetanking.

However, if I end up going for this build again in league play, I'll definitely make it life-based. I'll likely run Kaom's Heart and do a weapon swap between LA/TS and Barrage (I'll use Death's opus for LA/TS, but I'll aim for a high end Harbinger for Barrage). I'll also likely run Atziri's Acuity and a +2 Barrage Starkonja's. I might even consider Berserker or Slayer instead of Pathfinder, but we'll still have to see what GGG does to flasks and the ascendancy classes in 3.0. Hopefully the cost of gearing will be under 100ex due to not having to worry about getting high ES armor pieces, although we'll have to see how much Acuity sells for next league. It might be a high priced item, more than its value now.

Now for just a bit of fun. I always wondered just how high the damage can be scaled with top end gear in standard, 'cause that's what standard is for. Since there's a bit of a friendly rivalry between Signalshot and Wanderfinder (and now apparently Doomfletch Prism builds have joined the fray) I decided to lower my defenses (similar to 7K low life Wanderfinders and Abyssus-wearing Doomfletch Prism builds) and push the offense. Here's how high I got on the tooltip without resorting to the randomness of shrine buffs and headhunter buffs:



1,099,000 tooltip dps per arrow on Barrage, multiplied by 10 arrows. Of course the actual dps is a lot higher than 10 million (more in the 30 million vicinity) due to Point Blank, shocking enemies etc. My dps could still be pushed a little further with a slight glove and ring upgrade, and swapping phys/proj damage affixes to crit multi affixes on jewels.

Of course I'd never actually map like this since the dps is utter overkill, but I thought I'd showcase what the upper end dps can look like in standard before the nerfhammer drops in a couple of weeks.

I also came back over to my Pathfinder. I have 30% left to go and wanted to try and hit 100 before the new content yet I am not buying maps and all just playing what I have which is not that bad I can keep pools of T-14 & 13's yet have to be ever so careful not to let reflect get me, Losing 10% will probably make it so I do not reach 100 before the new content since this chr is playing with no parties, etc. Gratz on the 100 its so hard to focus for lobg periods anymore grinding the last few lvls lolz.

Your character tab is private. Xoph's nurture is really bad for this build. Try and get a death's opus. Will be a huge upgrade.

but Death opus dmg is much lower or do these additional arrows make up for it
xoph is 99-400
opus is 80-200
max dmg halved ...

not sure and cant really buy a 100c for "maybe better or not tests"

TBH there is so much wrong with your character I don't have the time or energy to write it all up. It's honestly that bad. The gem links, the tree (you dont take vaal pact.. do that now?),you're using a melee flask (lion's roar) with a ranged attack character. I honestly think this build might be slightly out of your reach until you obtain more currency and general game knowledge.

Also yes, opus is the far superior weapon to xoph's.

 A 30str node and vaal pact (yet) because you know what? i mistook it for blood pact

Bought an Opus and 5L it, enjoying it a lot
(was failing mercy izaro because of the disruptor mechanics that i didnt know)

I forgot your awesome Hoi combo
Some links i didnt follow because i couldnt proc the corresponding colors

5L prophecy is kinda how far my luck and money can lead me to so can i stay at 5L chest and 5L bow only? Im really not using Tornado shot so there are some free slots.

How do you even use Tornado shot? do you
1- Shoot it just at the enemy feet
2- just a little behind him
3- all past the entire group ?
4 - at the center of the arc?

Im going to change all my mistakes, promise!

Important!
Before you do any changes or want to buy anykind of upgrades wait for 3.0 to hit and you can see later how the build will change (what will be probably a change to a lifebased version)


The problem for you is you missed the most iomportant nodes for survivability you picked up useless nodes like pain attumend, point blank is not that important early on ur using flask that wont help your build like lions roar or the jade flask.
And one of the post imporntat aspects what probably caused already a lot of your deaths you have no stunnprotection at all whats pretty important as a ci build cuz if you get stunned ur in serious trouble.

I have 56 lvl and don't know how to run Hoi Hatred and Discipline at the same time... ;-;
