Hey! Currently level 89 on lsc not really struggling but wondering what to improve on, gear wise. Saving up for a Dying sun right now, eventually going for barrage projectiles hubris. Anyone care to check my character (imveganlol) and give me tips?! thanks!

I'm not a gear expert. But looking at your passive's I see that you could drop void barrier and pick up 2 more jewel nodes with those 4 points. Even if you only did 3 mod jewels instead of 4, it would still be a big step up.

PS. I also recommend dropping the mana regen/+14es passive and finding 1 more passive point to pickup Alchemist asap

Ok, then ill take 12% ES for the alchemist, since i think i can level to 95 w/o 12% ES less XD

What enchant needs the gaunts for this build? or what's the best..

Can someone help me with my character? I'm 97, got 21 ex and a couple hundred chaos to use but I don't know what's the best way to improve my character's damage.

Should I buy a legacy ROTC? Or save up for skyforths? Or perhaps upgrade my other pieces of gear?

I'm kinda stuck and lost, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys,

I think there's some tips that can be useful to people getting this build going, as I was frustrated until Diceman helped explain them to me over the last month of the league.

1) Vinktars is not as much of a lock as it seems unless you are using a legacy vinktar.

There are a few reasons for this, 1 being atziri flask offers excellent leech and damage without the downside of shock, which also frees up a second flask slot to run a kiiara's determination which lets you drop eye of chayula or valyrium ring. This allows more budgeted players to fix stun issues while still adding good damage from an opal ring or a diamond ring. All in all I'm sure some people will argue with me here, but I ended up selling my penetration Vinktar after testing this.


2) This build ABSOLUTELY needs at least the dying sun or the +2 barrage helm enchant to feel great.

The difference is absolutely night and day, and the moment I got dying sun (and then the enchant) I went from struggling to do single target on bosses to absolutely melting them faster than I've ever done in POE.


3) WED is a massive damage scaling method for this build.

Diceman recommended I grab higher WED rings and ammy, and after purchasing those upgrades I found a massive DPS boost. Definitely do not sleep on them.


4) If you try this build on a budget it won't be that strong.

The fact is Pathfinder and Signal Shot in general is built around abusing very expensive flasks and items to their fullest extent. The build is amazing at doing that, but in order to do so you need to spend a lot. All in all I've probably put about 40 ex or so into this char, and I still die in high tier rippy content (tier 13 double breach beyond bloodline maps for example). What I can say though is that when the barrage hits are connecting nothing survives more than a few hits!

5) Survivability for me is still an issue.

The damage is insane, but breaches and other swarming / burst dmg typed content can be a real problem. Granted I don't have Skyforths yet which would free up the power charge links to possibly run CWDT immortal call or something, but I am definitely still working on ways to fix this. One thing I considered was running warlord's mark in the HOI setup with running PCOC in lightning arrow's links, but I didn't find the leech reliable enough from it to justify. I might test this further.
