Hey guys, I am back again, playing this build in legacy as I did in breach. Although I havent been streaming as much as I did last season I am looking at getting back into some longer streams, with more shaper fun. Little unsure of where i should be putting my focus, both on the passive tree and with my gear. I'm considering going for charisma on the tree to fit in discipline/hatred/HoI. I know I need to get atleast a 5-link, but I'm just not sure if it's worth linking my chest/bow. As for the next purchase, I'm thinking it's either got to be a vinktars or deaths opus and then 5l it. I'm piss poor, I have about 2ex worth of currency and not much more. Appreciate it if i could get some input. Barrage DPS is about 20k with flask buffs, nearly 6k ES. I want to get some other opinions on which would be better. I am currently using the elite tree + VP and running 2 pen vinktars (non-legacy). Would a legacy dmg to attacks be worth getting to free up some passive points or would it be downright worse to run that instead of the new pen vinktars? I would for sure run the legacy Vinktar, respec out of VP, and use the extra flask slot to run a dps flask (your choice of Atziri's Promise, Taste of Hate, or Wise Oak, ToH being the best of the three unless you manage to balance your fire and lightning resists by some miracle).
