No, I would not recommend prism with this setup since we're doing full conversion already. I did a test run with a 6l one against normal atziri earlier today on stream. It was noticeably worse then a 5l reach.

A Reach would be ideal for that budget. Even a 5 link is fine, and a 6l chest for the barrage setup. Basically RoTC is pretty insane for this build, giving us free arrows without penalty from GMP etc. On top of the good pDPS it has.

The only con is the loss of crit chance and multi and flat accuracy, so make sure you atleast make up some of that on tree/jewels or gear.

signal fire adds damage to pure physical damage based skills better than any mirrored quiver. and you can get that for 1ex, that's awesome i think.

would u test with non legacy reach ?

- Changed Asc. options for budget tree. It is now: Veteran Bowyer - Nature's Boon - Nature's Adrenaline - Master Surgeon

This change was made for flask charge generation in prolonged fights such as shaper. If you do not plan on running that type of content, go with Master Alchemist over Master Surgeon.

- Added Lightning Arrow Gem links and cleaned up the Skill Gem Naming for better readability.

- Added a 5L Reach of The Council Uber Atziri run under Videos

Thoughts on how much dps around would a harbinger have to be to beat out a non legacy reach?

you shouldnt be crafting that bow, 1 prefix 150+ phys is worth to craft only. 1 suffix is occupied by dexterity. why dont you just get a reach and a 6l chest and chaos spam it.(white)

Well, after testing a bit(by the way es and full life variants, both), the best way is Alchemist+Surgeon's,26%(boots,tree,vinctar's) penetration is more than enough, even on RoTC.
Just don't understand why the master Bower is a must here, cause it is most deffinitly isn't.
Your gamaplay will be more comfortable with both surgeon's and alchemists on.
