Yea i think its working for me two...there is still frame drop on my mjolner character but at least i dont completely lose control! It does feel honestly very smooth....although i honestly cant tell if this is placebo effect or not!

I'm using mjolner discharge and i see huge improvements. In many ways. Especially with lot of mobs on screen.

Used the experimental optimizations and crashed to desktop when engaging some enemies with Explosive Arrow. Restarted and entered the map, crashed again when engaging a different pack.
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K
GPU: Geforce GTX 1060
Note: I tested the optimizations just to see if it would work. I've never had any framerate problems.

Literally can't apply the command line. Its telling me that the path and name is incorrect which is specified in the target box. That its not valid. Idk, really want to try it out
