" nah if anything i think it got stronger with the buffs to the minion damage and the changes to "to dust" and "dead reckoning" |

" We don't need it for this build as the purpose of the skellies for this build is to zerg bosses, not clear. Hence we don't value minion movement speed as much and the points required to get there are already expensive. However, the Blight league offers the availability to Oil the node so we should look for that :) Also do note that tweaks during the league might occur!
