Pvp Tier list

Even 25% of original damage I think fireball explosion are overlapping so they shotgun in a way. 25% reduced damage would do nothing for that.

Ehhhh leech shouldn't matter that much in pvp because of bloodless notable. Also frost bomb does eat up regen really, really well. Unless you're pathfinder, it's possible for life potslife to run out very quickly even with the reduced flask charges mod used on the belt.

this game should introduce entropy for ranged skills, simple as that. Once a certain distance Damage/hit chance could become 1 or 0 a sort of hit or miss.

also inc aoe skill gem/aoe type jewels and aoe on tree should get reduced damage.

We all know anyway with 50% more damage, fireball will be nerfed sooner or later.

Or.... hear me out... they could just reduce secondary damage. The secondary damage is the underlying issue here, not AoE and shit.

I don't think fireball is gonna get nerfed any time soon since it literally just got buffed.

Other people are welcomed to make a fireballer, but since 2.4 I haven't seen a single one but mine. So far I still have issues with LA players that know their range well (it's just a bit larger than mine). EA players that sit on the elevation of middle Sarn. Tanky/regen/block builds that charge me head on. CWDT flamedash BV builds that allahu akbar me. KB if they know their range well. etc.

I think we just finally have another usable spell. If anything, I'd like to see someone use one of the newly buffed spells to see if it can do any good.

All the bow guys with trillions of exalts could make casters right now, but they just keep playing the same 2-3 bow skills.

I think the reason you don't see a lot of fireballers is because it just doesn't seem like the kind of spell that you can make super fucky builds with, it just seems like a very basic skill. That, and it isn't insanely popular since it's not a 1-2 shot build that can dominate with 0 effort, the way you can with bow skills. Might seem a little mean to say, but understand that I'm coming from a place of observation. People who regularly use OP skills are usually nowhere to be seen in PVP when the rug is pulled out from under them.

My only complain about fireball (appart from the secondary dmg part as usual) is just that it just straight fuck my fps especially with the mtx. Damage wise it seems on par with everything else (wich doesn't say much because nowadays everything can one shot if build properly).

It also nothing new, many people had success with this spell before once rolling fire was introduced (like Markuz and other that I forgot the name), it's just an evolution of the infamous AB shotgun build.

One would think that someone with "OCD" in their account name would have at the very least correct spelling in their public (or pubic?) defamation of other players.

On to a less pubic and more public agenda, I need more ideas for my unique design. At this point, I want it to be a 100% pvp item. So far, I have received some fabulous ideas from Shin, Ahfack, Rupe, and Simplesin.

like 'LA' barrage, 'EA' barrage, ice shot 'barrage' etc.

i dont rmeember my other idea. it was about changing angle of arrows afaik. +1 arrow quiver. yeah sth like that.

I love your idea, Rupe. But rearguard is indispensable now that our bow builds actually need to stand our ground without frostwall defense.

With that said, what if we make a quiver that counts as a weapon (e.g. a one-handed crossbow disguised as a quiver). This will enable dual-wield bonuses (inherent 15% block on top of the "more" multiplier to physical damage and attack speed. That way, rumi flask can still scale the block, giving us a more offensive option compared to rearguard whilst retaining some defense. This will also let us take some passives like twin terrors.

In addition, said quiver can also give a multistrike ability to bow skills. "Bow skills repeat an additional X-Y times."
The balance can be a less damage multiplier, no passive regen, no dodge or evasion, and an increase in mana reservation.
