Does the shaped amulet mod : gain 20% of physical damage as extra cold damage apply to the ancestral warchief??

As of patch 3.13.0c, all "% increased totem damage" mods from passive skill points, jewels, etc. are bugged and do not work. Big damage decrease right now and could be part of the problem. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I have been having the same problem with conquerors taking 5 minutes to kill, when I am using the same gear as previous leagues. Seems like the totem damage bug.

What order should stats be prioritized for loreweave?

Phys -> Max Resist -> Elemental Damage -> Health?

or something else?

booth are correct. the pob just shows the "best in slot" items

does the gem order in the chest matter? i see on your pob/post ancestral cheif is always first.

The gem order does not matter at all. Just be sure that the gem sockets are linked :)
