Right, forgot you can't modify projectile speed or anything, FUCK! But also, I'm not wrong. It counts as casting from afar. And they DO go pretty far, just coat the area in them, BAM Vortexes everywhere. Check mate, nerd B) I'M the pvp pro now. Also, as far as I've seen, I don't think you actually need LOS to cast on frostbolt. You can cast it behind solid cover, walls, barricades, etc. So that's neat too. Just gotta use it the right way.
