Does 'Grave Intentions' grant unholy might to all minions present when the buff activates, or just the minion that got the kill.

Just the one that got the kill. If it was all minions, it would say something like "Minions have 25% chance to grant Unholy Might to your Minions for 4 seconds on Kill." One Minion gaining something doesn't imply your other minions do as well.
What stats affect how fast the "teleport" part of Charged Dash happens? Does the community know the formula for that?
Uhm, I am just wondering if it is intended not to work the:
Indigon + (new) enduring mana flask + elegant hubris (cadiro) in which the mana flask recovers life but doesnt recover Energy shield.

I just thought it would work based on wording.

Sceptres are now identified as a separate class to one-handed Maces.

I had assumed this change meant that the "Sceptre" class would now be a caster weapon, thus giving the option to dual wield a sceptre and wand. This is unfortunately not the case.

Previously I believed this to be because it was under the "mace" type and therefor unable to equip both a caster and melee weapon.

Is this still the case and sceptres are still considered melee weapons? Or are they now caster weapons and it was just overlooked?

This sounds like it could be a case of GGG's use of "exact words". Supreme Decadence states "Life Recovery from Flasks also applies to Energy Shield". It's arguable that Indigon's life recovery is from Indigon, not the flask, and so Supreme Decadence doesn't apply to it. Or if you mean you don't recover ES when your Life is full, then it could be that you need to actually recover Life to recover ES. Or it could just be a corner case GGG hadn't thought of. Did you notice whether SD reduces the life recovery from Indigon?

There's no such thing as a "caster weapon". Sceptres are melee weapons. You can't dual wield a melee weapon with a ranged weapon, so you can't wield both a wand and a sceptre.
Hey i have a mechanics question hope you can answer it :)

I was looking into some of the mods on the Watcher's eye jewel for my build and was wondering if the mod "Consecrated Ground you create while affected by Zealotry causes enemies to take (8-10)% increased Damage" stacks with the “Consecrated Ground created during Effect applies (7-10)% increased Damage taken to Enemies” from the Bottled Faith flask.

Since the jewel mod doesn't specify that the consecrated ground has to be created from the aura itself, i assume this work -I am just unable to test it, and therefore i was wondering if you could help me wether or not this works.

I make mirror tier items, I don't rlly play the actual game. Reddit hates me. I'm not cool.
Quick question. Can masters still appear randomly in a map (like they do in the act zones), or only when you specifically activate Atlas Mission? I think I've done more than 30 maps so far and not once have I encountered a master this way. Is it just really bad luck or did they remove this altogether and you can only trigger master missions directly?
So I recently killed Elder and upon getting him to his unstable phase he dropped a regular unique jewel instead of a watcher's eye, is the watcher eye guaranteed from the unstable phase or is it only a chance that it will drop?

I was referred to this thread by support.

hello!! i want to ask you the skill gem curse on hit support triggered by herald of ice, can be use using both elemental weakness and frostbite will it apply both curses?? (elemental weakness reduce resistances 39%+frostbite another 44% for a total of 83% also in my main body armor i have cold damage penetration support it ignores another 37% does all these reductions apply? because if this is the case will i really be able to reduce the enemy cold resistance 120 in one go?
