Thanks for sharing. It sounds interesting to make zombies/AG that tanky. Mine are pretty tanky with just the empower. What else did you get rid of to make room for the minion life gem? I thought about faster attacks or maybe vaal lightning trap but its a tough decision as they help out alot.

I just tried Desecrate in the Merciless Lab, in the area near the WP, outside the Lab Doors.

All I got was Solar Guards in the Desecrate heap.....

I had 3 Solar Guards from Solar Concourse with me.

So I went into the Lab, and I got a mix of stuff, including Solar Guards.

So, unless the server patch has already happened, you may be able to go to the Uber/Eternal Labyrinth with your Spectres, and get Level 75 versions of them.

I realize this isn't Top Tier, but for those of us running level 60 Guards from Solaris/Concourse/Bridge, it is a meaningful improvement.

The server side patch is in!! I am able to raise Solar Guards in Acid Lakes with Desecrate... having lower level Guards alive when I entered.

May this work as GGG specified!

Currently I run AG/Zombies/Empower/minion life and it's very tanky this way, however he did die on shaper, but that was most likely to me being bad and not experienced against him, so somebody who knows how to fight him properly shouldn't have any problems keeping him alive, as like I said he's very tanky this way and can take a lot.

I was running AG w/o the support gems but I gotta say, even though he's still somewhat tanky this way, he will still rip to crazy modded mob packs on higher tiers, so it was unreliable w/o the empo/minion life.

I am also experimenting with Vaal Summon Skeletons vs VLT, it's pretty nice for big packs/breaches/some bosses, as I'm 97 anything adding to survivability and decreasing chances of losing xp is a plus.

Changed quite a bit in the build, hit a pretty sweet spot for now but I wonder if there's still something I'm missing, if it's possible to make the build any better :)

In your situation the things you have to find out is what suits your personal playstyle the best, VLT or VSS etc etc.

Regarding him dying vs Shaper:
Use OoS and hover your mouse on the other side of the beam or attacks, SGs reacts to this as well but not as fast as the AG so you can literally manually move him out of harms way as long as you are able to stand still doing so :) (continuesly cast OoS till hes fine)

Yep, patch is done!
Uber Lab = lvl 75 which is a good start for your mapping, as soon as you do a map of lvl 75 or higher you just resummon them at the start of the map!

Can someone tell me how to get frost sentinels step by step? I am total noob when it comes to spectres. Note my spectre gem is 19 lvl only atm and I'm leveling 8 of them simultaneously to hopefully vaal one for 21 lvl. If I vaal them (removing and maybe replacing gem if failed), will it keep my spectres alive?

Like I mentioned before I experiment a lot with the build right now, my gear and level allows for it, so bear that in mind when you are thinking of choosing different build path at lower level and half geared.

That being said, I don't run auras with generosity - swapped Anger with Haste. This way we benefit from the auras (+20@RES,+9%IAS/ICS from Commander of Darkness, which is a big deal imo) and Haste as well (IAS/MS), sweet!

I also run 3link-curse gems, since I only run 1 curse, so that's 1 free spot as well.

I had my auras on gloves but right now the auras are redistributed along the rest of the gear (gloves/boots/rings) and since our helmet is taken with zombies/AG, I put my shield charge link in the gloves. Now things get interesting..

Since shield charge is in gloves, an upgrade for me would be Insanity Essence'd gloves (+16% IAS to shield charge!) with similar rolls, but goodluck rolling high hp/good res gloves at 29c a roll. I might try my luck anyway, try to annul with good mods and perhaps metacraft if necessary. I'll get them one day..

But as you can see this is end-tier upgrade, in no way beginner friendly, and completely unnecessary as it's just a bonus to QoL of your summoner, it will still rock without it.

Also, I don't recommend getting rid of faster attks, as our shield charge benefits waaaay too much from it. VLT can be swapped, but it's still one of the BiS gems for unset ring for us.

Yeah I agree, so take note people when looking to swap things in your build - customize it to your liking/game style, there are different ways to play this build so bear that in mind. I feel like this needed to be mentioned since a lot of people started asking me questions in-game as well.

Oh yeah I don't have trouble maneuvering the minions around :D

I get rekt by 2 things: his orbs that explode on the floor (GG when it's literally inside zana's bubble lol) and his teleport, where he disappears and teleports on you (the same shit Minotaur has ;_;) I know you can sort of tell when he's gonna appear, but like I said, my inexperience with the Shaper is more of an issue than anything else, neither Specs/AG should die if you know what you are doing :)

Hey,

Frost Sentinel Harbour Bridge or the Lunaris side act 8.
Then you use Desecrate in any map of a higher tier than you have them summoned in to get them in a higher lvl :)

21 vs 20 lvl spectres is a grand total of 2% more dmg.

If you go to a town, unequip the gem, vaal it then place it back in the same slot you removed it from, the spectres remain.

Are you sure that will work? I mean, I've read that people are fishing for T16+ mobs to summon them. Will it give me T16 spectres if I go your way? Desecrate level matters?

Before today: People had to use the /global 6666 channel to share spectres between one another to get them.
Today & forward: Any spectre you bring in to a map will be desecratable in any map you enter.

I wanted some summoner build to AFK farm my way to lvl 100. My scion golem is not tanky enough to do that sadly. I like the tankiness of my nec very much, but DPS is meh so far. :( Can you give me some hints? Here is my profile:
