GhazzyTV - THE Spectre Summoner [LOW & HIGH BUDGET VERSIONS]

Hi Ghazzy,

Does the desecrate bug really work?

Got my 4 solar guards from solaris then opened a wasteland map, have been desecrating for at least 20 mins now and no solar guards.

Or is just my rng that bad?

Pretty sure wasteland map doesnt have solard guards in it.

Look at the list in first post to see which maps have solar guards in them.

Yes, yes it works. Make sure the map you enter doesn't have a mod that affects what enemies you face, such as "Area is inhabited by seawitches & their spawns" or similar, this will remove the possibility. Keep in mind that it is a bug so I can't verify if it works all the time, but just throw a handful of desecrates, if non spawns then do it in the next till it works :)

Also, make sure to check the map list in the guide in which we have confirmed spots of which maps they can spawn in with the bug as it doesn't work on all maps as @antyone is stating.

Hi,

what are my best cards in this build to be able take a beating a bit better? Let's just say I'm not the best at dodging everything at all times :) In maps 13+ that has started to get noticeable. I understand that the "mandatory" uniques in this build got their costs, both hp wise and damage reduction wise. However, I would just like an advice on where to best put my currency investments to maybe improve my general survivability. All my rares are utter crap, so I could start about anywhere. Still I can't see how I can bring f.i. armor up to a level that helps at higher tiers? Any suggestions? Alternative passives, gems? Specific types of rares to look for, other gear setup tweaks? Any helpful experiences shared by fellow necromancers would be highly appreciated :)

Hey,

Well, the build doesn't care for any of the base stats as we rely on having a high life pool and dodging things whilst the minions deals with any present threat.

Upgrading Rares is literally your only choice after the unique items, which, as you stated are mandatory for the most effective approach with the build. But yes, they do pose a great cost in terms of survivability compared to many other builds in the game.

Jewels having Life % rolls are very helpful, but then again you want % Minion DMG as well which makes the combination of the 2 very expensive.

Convocation is a great defense mechanism, so is cwdt/(phase run)immortal call and fortify on your movement ability. If you already have those> life and capped resists and more life. Finding gear with 100 plus life in 3.0 isn't to hard. Last but not least, the crap gear can lead to slower clearing, and thus more time to get into trouble.

Goddamit my spectres keep ripping on certain mob packs or on some mods, I don't know but they just keep dying to something and I have no idea what, my shitty 9k life zombies somehow survive but spectres(21) from t16 keep dying to some bs, one time to some breach mobs, this time to some harbigner pack, I don't even see when exactly because they just rip instantly.

Are there mods/mob packs I should avoid or what?

It's just weird because they can facetank pretty much all bosses, but come some certain mods/mobs and they are gone faster than you are able to say fuck..

Hey,

Are you running Elemental Reflect modded maps?
They can handle most of it, but as soon as you meet packed enemies the pseudo shotgun effect will pretty much make the spectres one shot themselves in higher tier ele reflect modded maps.
Other than that I can't think of any other way they would be dying that easily.

You got the Soul Weaver Ascendancy node I'm assuming? :)

Hey Ghazzy,
Love the build. Transitioned from SRS Zombie Specter into this Specter build for higher maps. I'm just wondering, don't you kind of screw yourself by using Anger and Elemental Equilibrium? As far as I understand, if I hit a mob with ball lightning to apply curses, that mob gets both lightning AND fire res because my spell hits for lightning and fire (due to anger). Could be that I'm just wrong. I understand that Anger is a huge damage boost for the specters and feels real good to use. Just trying to figure out some mechanics. Thanks for build and answer.
