GhazzyTV - THE Spectre Summoner [LOW & HIGH BUDGET VERSIONS]

Hi Ghazzy,

This build was my second character, and a lot more successful than my previous Ground Slam Marauder, so thank you for writing such a clear guide.

Question: is it worth spending 4 passives to get Sovereignty so I can switch Arctic Armour for Purity of Elements? I'd then be running Purity of Elements in addition to Purity of Fire and Discipline.

To give you a little more context, I'm level 87 and I'm doing T10 maps, and I was thinking this might help my minions with AOE elemental damage, as well as my own character with Elemental Weakness mods.

I personally wouldn't suggest it, but if you feel that its a smoother setup for you, then go for it!
I alwaysntell people to play what ever version of what ever build they play in a way that they enjoy it the most :)

Level 83 at the moment and this is my first summoner build. But i can only run T6 maps, and not as fast as in your video.

Then i have another questions to the gameplay:

To summon the sentinels, i'm going to the merc eternal laboratory. Is there another way to summon them? Because it gets annyoing by the time, when a spectre dies in a map and i have to go back to et. lab ^^

And then, sometimes i get "lightning" sentinels instead of the fire ones.

So do you have any tips for the summoning process (and how to get just fire sentinels) or recommendations to become stronger and clearing maps faster?

Hey,

That's because you only have a 4L atm, I would recommend getting 6S on that Vis Mortis and get at least a 5L!

Helmet doesn't have much life/resistance (if your resistances are fine you should look for life and strength rolled items to further enhance your life gain.)
I would recommend to use a Rare Amulet over the Sidhebreath but its a matter of taste and how your other gear pieces looks. (Keep in mind to reach 168% elemental resistances when you're in your Hideout.)
Gloves should have a prefix slot open for the benchcraft of Catarina to get yourself 10-15% increased Minion Damage crafted!
Belt should have a ton more life!
Rings are okeyish but can have more life.
Shield can have much more life as well but all in all pretty okey.

You don't need a mana flask now that you have EB/ZO/MoM!


That's my direct feedback on your gear. To make sure you only get Flame Sentinels go in to your options in-game and make sure you have "target corpses" available, that way you can literally target corpses and see the name of the corpse to make sure you only get "Flame Sentinels" and not the lightning based ones! :)

2. I'm personally not a big fan of MF Summoners as I feel that both Flame Totem as well as Caustic Arrow builds are much better suited for MF'ing.. :/

I have a question:

I've been summoning Flame Sentinels on Solaris Merciless using my Desecrate gem level 16. You mentioned that Flame Sentinels can also be summoned from the Eternal Lab? Is it the area where the map device is located? I reckon its optimal to Desecrate then summon the Flame Sentinel on Eternal Lab as it gives a level 66 sentinels compared to level 64 on Solaris Temple 2?

I haven't unlocked the Necromancer Ascendancy yet but this build absolutely destroys Dried Lake merciless.

Trying to level up to get the last 2 keystones and 1 jewel slot.

Also still trying to optimize gear; still using Tabula Rasa. lol

Still no luck in getting my Vis Mortis to a 6-socket linked..

You don't need a 6L Vis Mortis, a 5L already kicks ass, because of the extra sentinel. Just drop Fire Penetration.

Eternal Lab is accessible at the same time as Solaris temple, it is as you say, the room where you open maps. The door to the room is right beside dialla's throne in the Solaris wp. Also, it gives you level 68 sentinels, not 66.
