Well I wouldn't bother using a watcher's eye for this build, no.

+2+/+2 is the most crucial ones and they are easy to get, it's only when you step it up and want to run the high budget version you wanna get the best of the best, this shield is easy to craft in Harvest league but costs a bit.

Woke up the influences on to an intelligence based shield, alteration craft t1 cold, block suffixes, apply influence mod, reroll influence mod til you get the dmg per attack block, then augment chaos, reroll chaos til t1 cold as extra chaos.

Open suffixe slots, augment speed, reroll speed til +2 frenzy, augment crit, reroll crit til +2 power, benchcraft double damage.

I'm looking to craft Belt for leveling (going for 100) and boss fight - I'm disabled person, so my reaction is kind of slow so want to add additional layer of protection.

Which base will be better - Stygian Vise or Crystal?:
Crudsader + Shaper roll increased Cooldown Recovery Speed alts T1 and than just spam Defense Harvest:
Prefixes:
+(48-51) to maximum Energy Shield
(13-15)% increased maximum Energy Shield
(26-30)% increased Energy Shield from Body Armour

Suffixes:
(16-20)% increased Cooldown Recovery Speed
(16-20)% increased Energy Shield Recovery rate
- need advice for last one. Was looking for - Regenerate 120 Energy Shield per second while a Rare or Unique Enemy is Nearby - but crafroexile telling it can't be rolled.

In your experience how rare were the augment chaos , speed , crit mods in harvest. I have yet to see any of them. Do I just buy metric butt-tons of seeds of the specific type?
