Mirrored Crit Jewelry/ Gear. Rip Jewlery

Yeah the ammies are still better of course, but barely. *32more is a much bigger deal than +32

Depend on the new max values, if it's the same or higher as the legacy multi there is no reason to buy those anymore.

I already explanined the change, leg crit multi amulets are still better than t1 new value amulets. Let's say you use a 70% crit amulet, every existing item with % increased multiplier mod is 33% less effective in ascendancy. Which means that its 70% crit down to 46%. ( and its additive now even if it says increased, so its flat +46 ). Same applies fo any mirrored weapon or corrupted legacy items.

It's a nerf to crit multi, but they remain usable.

For exemple :

I lose 20.79 crit from amulet and 12.34 from wand.

It does affect any new taismans with crit multiplier, its going to be nerfed on every one of them since they are corrupted and will remain increased so it will be 33% less, sucks because you cannot divine those to get the new value.

So it's a nerf to outside sources of crit multi then as they buffed the tree and support to stay close to the original values.
I guess you understood that wrong. You still get 70% multi from that ammy just not 70*1.5 = 105 like it was before.

If I understand the patch notes right, the relative difference between legacy critmulti rares and non-legacy ones will stay the same, for example an amulet with 70% inc critmulti gave 70 * 1.5 = 105% actual critmultiplier, and now it will be 70% straight additive, and a 38% inc critmulti one gave 57%, which will become 38% additive. The difference between those are 105/57 = 70/38 (= 1.84 in this particular case).

If you compare it to passives, the critmulti gem, the uniques and other stuff mentioned in the patch notes which will also change wording but also in numbers, you can see the difference change.

It's basically a nerf to crit multi on gear.

The biggest nerf is eaten by legacy maligaros, which now becomes as powerful as the new ones... they are pretty much worthless now.

Leg crit multi amulets remain more powerfull than new ones.

Crit multi weapons mirrored are eating a nerf due to being unnable to get the new % additive mod which is stronger than the 33% reduced % increased old value.

slight buff to crit multi from tree and gem to compensate.

The following have all been increased by approximately 50% for cases when they are on players, and 30% on monsters. For some cases, manual rounding has occurred: All values on the passive skill tree, Increased Critical Damage Support Gem, the Enfeeble Skill Gem and all uses of Enfeeble from monsters and other sources, all monsters with Powerful Crits, the Deadly map mod and the Corrupted jewel mod.

Yes its a nerf to all rares and maligaro.

The following were not updated to new values: Maligaro's Virtuosity, all craftable item mods (non-jewel) and master-crafted mods.

If I get it right there will be no new value on maligaro and rare items. All these will get the new wording, but the values will stay the same. The legacy maligaros will be as different from the new ones as it is right now, all of those will be 33% less after all. There will be no new mod to roll, or number to divine on rare items, they are just nerfed. The mirrored gear with the explicits are not affected, only the 2h sword with the implicit. Thats how I understand the patch notes.

ahah guys i cant believe this, only items with implicit crit multi mods affected from this. libritannia wants to perceive this as a nerf to all possible threatening builds vs EA. but in fact no, ascendancy buffed my damage like 80% more.

legacy crit multi was adding +105, now it adds 70. but overall, its not a biggie biggie nerf. since the tree nodes and ascendancy class buffs are very very strong.
