From testing around with it, having 2 of these does increase the proc rate. Obviously you can't bypass the cooldown, but I get much more consistent procs with 2 wands.

It been confirmed on reddit the proc rate don t change with 2 of them (unless they changed it since essence league). I did test with 2 also before reddit confirm and nothing changed only cast/attack speed make it proc quicker because more hits.

Sometime you proc it after 5 hit, sometime u need 10.

Let s say I am wrong and it been changed, you have 20% chance to proc it but the 500 ms cooldown is shared on both weapon so you still proc 1 firebust even with 2 weapons.
20% chance will just make it proc little sooner on high aps. If u have multiple projectile and all hit different target, only 1 proj will trigger fire burst.

I see it only usable in pve with BV but I am no build crafter haha

[Removed by Support] besides foe bite & coe part(which is a bad decision cause you can simply get 500ES helmet, lower your ES and get somewhere around your desired dps back again), your build is one of the good glass cannon builds.

phys wands starts to shine in CI dual wield, low life + coe + spell shield or prism guardian fit mostly to the ele wands.

Re: Fire Burst: That 10% proc chance makes my dick soft :( doubt I would ever work on one.

Speaking of wands! Foe bite and blood thirst are nice but I prefer my phys wand with the highest X-Y and crit chance in the game.



The owner is also an awesome guy and the fee is only 30 which is insanely cheap. I think a lot of people look into ias so much they forget about X-Y/crit and what that brings to the table.

After using both foe bite and skull thirst on my wander, skull thirst hits way harder and feels way better to use. I also stay crit capped without investing in any extra power charges, don't need diamond rings etc...

Rup, the Ele wander craze is most certainly salty's doing whether you want to admit it or not. Even people with their "own" build guides were linking his videos which IMO is all you gotta say right there. Salty was just procrastinating like a mother fucker getting his guide out, but it's clear to see what's going on.

His statement referring to "everyone" is indeed plural. He's not talking about just one person crafting an ele wand, so it's logically impossible for you to know who does or does not know him. I know that you know one person crafting a perfect ele wand, but I personally am aware of 4. I wouldn't immediately assume his plural "everyone" represented the singular individual you were referring to.

well there is no one who can put 7k exalts to craft a wand, right? so that can't be plural.

being a reason to "wander craze" is one thing(which i'm suspicious about and would like to know how they deal with reflect), getting pompous about it and getting deluded ideas are something different ahfack.

about the wand,

foe bite has better dps results, power charges are awesome with any wand build because of the wand passives like fusillade and for coe users "spell damage per power charge"

that said, i like prophecy wands, the dps difference between foe and skull thirst is mostly because attack speed scales the damage coming from #-# additive damage coming from gear.

oh also, in flask setup where wanders use diamond flask, imbued wands closes the gap of lacking crit chance compared to prophecy wands.

they are not good for pvp but with 30ex fee, they can be a good rival to foe bite for sure in pve.
