Leap slam - fortify - increased aoe - faster attacks

Cleave - Bloodlust - Bloodmagic - Melee phys - added fire damage - (multistrike?)

1. Leap in mob to apply bealding/gain fortify

2. Clean up mob with cleave bloodlust

3. ?????

4. Profit

Or maybe a vaal groundslam setup to apply bleeding, maybe thats better.
