the amu looks pretty good at the first sight but it may not be that powerful at all: moving while bleeding does not cause you to take extra damage, which means that the extra damage from moving on bleed is ignored, but the initial puncture dmg and the degen it applies while the target is stationary are still in effect.

what you guys could do is make a list of builds that are good, it's enough to say cyclone marauder, poison arrow scion, dual totem arc or whatever

a lot of the pve builds are bad in pvp and it would be pretty horrible to level up a character to 90+ just so you can realize that the skill gems you want to use just don't work

don't worry that won't stop people from experimenting, if people can start by playing the strong metagame builds then they can get a better understanding and come up with their own

Allows cyclone users to actually cyclone versus puncture users. You're no longer hard countered and required to use a non movement melee skill. Plus chasing is no longer incredibly taxing, it'll be a staple for melee builds. Items like this are well designed and what we've been lacking. Uniques like this lower the gear barrier for PvP just like whispering ice and binos did.

Exactly, once ppl get a solid understanding they'll generally start building their own stuff.

Honestly I felt like cyclone vs puncture wasn't that big of a problem. The traps were, nontrap puncture is manageable if you play it well, although if you panic your flasks(which happens everyone sometimes) you'll be screwed after some time

All good points... point blank puncture trap will still be a pain but like Tommie said vs bow puncture builds there should be less of those moments where you didnt bring enough bleed flasks or simply ran out and begin bleeding to death.
