I have a feeling GGG went over the math and this low-3D-art system is here to stay. I.e. they figured out that 5% (?) of the community races, and therefore dedicating an equivalent (lower) amount of resources made more sense than the amount they were dedicating.

more like 0,5% of ppl race and of that about 0,1% can hit lvl20 in sig
