I too wish to express my extreme distaste for the current direction ggg is taking with race rewards.
i miss the old system with more reward tiers , more 3d items....
I have a feeling GGG went over the math and this low-3D-art system is here to stay. I.e. they figured out that 5% (?) of the community races, and therefore dedicating an equivalent (lower) amount of resources made more sense than the amount they were dedicating.

more like 0,5% of ppl race and of that about 0,1% can hit lvl20 in sig

Face it Season 2 was the best in terms of rewards and shedule.
