Bear in mind that if you just deal 1 fire damage per hit, the target will ignite on crit, and it will still kill the mob, even if it's not frozen. The stat "can only kill frozen enemies" only applies to you, not poison, ignite etc. I make mirror tier items, I don't rlly play the actual game. Reddit hates me. I'm not cool.
