How would wise oak work? Wouldn't dying sun give fire res as the highest thus making the pen only for fire and not lets say lightning and cold?

hello. i am lvl 70 atm with a 6L RIPPER AND 6l qotf and a starkonjs helm... dps is 25k res are 44/75/44 life 3.4k

what item should i upgrade next? i have bad rings bad ammy. bad gloves decnt belt... , hmm i dont have any of the flasked for the build other then wize oak..
