Yeah that's what I'm saying,
Using the belt would mean I don't need to use the stone. (It's not already open...because I don't own a Biscos. I'm currently using the stone each run).

I didn't consider running Cherrubim's or Carcass instead of the belt.
Just running a high life high resist rare at the moment.

Wow I didn't realize Cherrubim's got such a huge buff to the chaos damage.

Hmm ok you might have convinced me. Perhaps I'll have a "fun" set up to do my low level maps with Biscos, and I'll swap out my belt and chest for a "high dps" set for my higher level maps.

Hi sorry this question may be answered already in this thread ... will critical hit / multiplier, elemental damage and spell damage apply or increase damage of DoT??

Nope.

The current modifiers in the game capable of scaling the damage over time of the caustic cloud are:
Projectile Damage
Damage over Time
Area Damage (but it doesn't show up in the tool tip)
Chaos Damage
Damage

Nope.

I think I already know the answer, as you've already answered this in a way...

But does that mean that "attack damage" doesn't apply either? I've contemplated trying out some but not sure if that would be a pointless thing to pursue. It's just misleading because Caustic Arrow is labelled as an "attack", however I'm thinking that just applies to the initial hit and not the cloud?




edit: just realized if we used the gloves with the implicit, we couldn't use Enchantment of Reflection, which is probably more important for survival.

You are correct. The 'Projectile Attack Damage' modifier only applies to the hit of the arrow, and not the cloud.

With the old values, it used to suck, but now that it has significantly higher chaos damage, it's a much better chest for the build.

If you can fit it res-balance wise and are comfortable with the AoE without Carcass Jack, then it's probably the BiS chest now, even though the cloud can't leech.

Can you plz give advice how i can up damage? Npw i have 16k with 6 frenzy charges.
