" To answer #1), frame-time farming is no longer a thing. There's no longer any sure-fire way to get vaal areas from regular content zones. Your best bet is to run frags, either through buying them, or corrupting twinned museum/arena maps to generate your own. Jul 27, 2011 - Sept 30, 2018.

" Ah, well it's possible but does not yield more rewards. With enough endurance charges, fortify and Immortal Call you can pretty much be in perma godmode as long is Izaro has no elemental buffs. There are couple of videos about that already. And if he paired this with Voidheart / Earthquake and 20% cull ascendancy well, easy enough imo :) but good that you got your points ^^ IGN: WildTortillaFart

Crit LA Nuro's Harp Gear & Tree
Gets 77,185 dps LA fully buffed (no flasks, just charges) and 29,785k Blast Rain (gem levels not maxed for either). (Updated after levelling post-video). LA is 6L'd, BR is 5L'd. Level 87 build, all 8 Ascendancy points.
