Well, my triple-ranged attack totem character is on hold for now. I'm trying to scale a pure physical DPS Chin-Sol build and it just doesn't look like it has a ton of upside potential beyond where I'm currently at. Maybe 100K total DPS in the end. I think the triple-ranged attack totem setup could have a lot more DPS. Maybe I'll look into a crit build of some sort. -------- Meanwhile, while browsing the Internet for build ideas I came across this. It's just insane. Dual Ancestral Warchief, crit using Hegemony's Era. He's doing over 900K DSP per totem when fully buffed. I can't help myself, LOL. I've just got to try his build! To make it a bit more insane I'm goind to throw in: Bleed plus poison on hit! The bleed will be very nasty... there's some knockback on his build tree. At any rate, I'm now trying to 6-link my Hegemony's :-) Fun times. |

On the topic of corrupting 20/20 gems, how should I aquire them? Do I 20q them myself, trade for them straight up?
I vaguely recall someone describing a process a long time ago, where you would level gems from 1 to 20, selling them for lvl1/20q gems and then leveling those as well? " I usually go this route - i.e., level to 20, vendor recipe for 1/20 and then level again for 20/20. This league, with the 20q prophecy, 20q gems are very cheap. So if starting fresh from this point in Prophecy (not applicable to you), I'd just buy 6 20q gems and level those. I think Serleth usually corrupts his first batch of level 20's without quality, stops if he gets a 21, and vendor recipes the remainder trying for 20/20. Yeah that's normally what I do, shoot for 21/0 first, then 21/20.
This league I just bought my 21/0 and haven't gone for 21/20 yet. Overcrack has been occupying my gaming time though =) Jul 27, 2011 - Sept 30, 2018.

" The magic find is very nice on this item, but that movement speed penalty is just awful. I've tried it in the past and wouldn't recommend it - due to the movement speed penalty the amount of currency you can make per hour will almost certainly go down in spite of the increased magic find. |
